1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you submit the discovery form, your mail client sends an email to the House containing only what you typed: name, email, organisation (optional), subject and message. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting or behavioural analytics on this site.
3. Why we hold it
Information you send is held to arrange and conduct a discovery call, to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to draft engagement terms. Our lawful basis is your consent (when you initiate contact) and our legitimate interest in operating the practice and responding to qualified enquiries.
4. How long
Correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably required to respond to the enquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and a period afterwards consistent with professional record-keeping obligations.
5. Sharing
Your information is not sold, shared with third-party marketers or transferred to advertising networks. It may be processed by the email service used by the House (e.g. Google Workspace) acting as a processor on standard terms.
6. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to office.thirdordre@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority at the seat of the House.
7. Cookies
This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Strictly functional storage may be used by the hosting platform to deliver the page.
