All written content, frameworks, methodologies, capability descriptions, visual design, typography pairing, layout and the "Ordre III" / "Third Order Advisory" marks are the proprietary intellectual property of the House. No part of this site may be reproduced, redistributed, mirrored, adapted, used to train machine-learning models or passed off as another practice's work without prior written permission.
Deliverables, engagement artefacts and bespoke methodology composed for clients remain the property of the House and are governed by each engagement's terms.
3. No engagement by website use
Use of this site, submission of the discovery form or correspondence by email does not, in itself, create an advisory engagement. A formal engagement begins only after a written scope of work has been agreed in confidence.

Information shared via the discovery form, email or call is treated as confidential. The House does not publish client names, sectors or engagement details without prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of the House. Any dispute arising from use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at that seat.
